SAM GmbH valves can be found in a large number of systems of civil and military aviation. Our portfolio is characterized by tailor-made solutions for the individual requirements of our customers in all fluid-carrying systems.
The air and oxygen valves are characterized by their special material requirements; non-flammable materials such as peak are generally used in this area of application. In addition, it is ensured that the environment in the oxygen valves is always free of grease. The air-regulating valves offer an exact adjustment range for precise regulation.

How are the devices tested?
Our qualification and engineering tests are completed in our own test laboratories at our Bad Tölz site, as well as in nearby test houses. We are acquainted with qualification according to MIL standards and DO-160G.
How are the devices designed?
Our designs are developed on a CATIA Version 5 platform interface directly connected to the aircraft manufacturer or system manufacturer. Size, weight, performance and durability are the foundation of our design and are maximized through analysis and simulation tools.
Which certificates can be issued?
Our new devices are supplied with EASA Form 1 or COC. Overhauled units can be supplied with dual EASA and FAA approval as well as with British CAA or conformity certification. We are currently also striving for CAAC certification.
Can the devices get repaired and overhauled?
Our in-house product support department in accordance with Part 145 enables us to repair and overhaul our devices at our headquarter in Bad Tölz. We provide spare parts supply and AOG support via our distributor Satair.
