After your basic training, you will work in all of these different areas.

Opportunities after apprenticeship:

Production (often CNC production), assembly, quality control

  • Technical understanding of how machines and systems work
  • Basic computer skills

Industrial Management Assistant

Industrial Management Assistant

Industrial management assistants are all-round commercial talents and manage business processes within the company. Among other things, you compare offers, negotiate with our suppliers and manage the receipt and storage of goods. In production management, you plan, control and monitor the manufacturing of our products and in internal sales you process orders from quotation to delivery. During your apprenticeship, you will work in almost every administrative department in the company.

supply chain, internal sales, accounting or materials management

  • Secondary school leaving certificate or higher
  • Good performance in Business / Law, German, English
  • Good IT skills & commercial interest

Machine and Plant Operator

Machine and Plant Operator

The practical craftsman! Starting with basic apprenticeship training, you will specialize in CNC production and quality assurance. Here you can apply and deepen the knowledge you acquired during your basic training on the tool and measuring machines.

Metal Worker Assembly technology

The fine motor skilled practitioner! Starting with basic metal training, specialization follows with the assembly and testing of electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical components.

You've got your university admission or are about to - but just studying is too boring for you? Then we've got the right solution for you! The dual study program combines the practical training content of industrial mechanics with the theoretical content of mechanical or industrial engineering studies.


Employment opportunities after graduation:

  • Wide range of employment opportunities (development & design, sales, production planning, quality management)
  • depending on interest, skills and choice of specialization - mechanical engineers in our own development or design department & industrial engineers in production planning

  • Dual study program: 4.5 years (study + industrial mechanic + bachelor thesis)

Get to know our technical apprenticeships as part of a one-week work experience. At the Bad Tölz site, we also offer the option of a technical FOS internship. Get involved in our trainee workshop and exchange experiences with our trainees.
