Buyer (m/f/d)
Your Mission:
- Independent handling of the entire operational procurement process
- Selection, support, and development of national and international suppliers
- Requesting, comparing, and negotiating offers within defined guidelines
- Ensuring timely procurement in compliance with cost, quality, and delivery requirements
- Maintenance of master data and processing of purchase orders in the ERP system
- Complaint management in close collaboration with Quality Assurance and Logistics
- Supporting the implementation of procurement strategies and cost reduction initiatives
- Analysis of procurement markets and identification of optimization potential
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in operational procurement, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced in working with ERP systems
- Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with internal and external partners
- Strong organizational skills and a good sense of deadlines and priorities
