Chief Procurement Officer (m/f/d)

As CPO, you pursue one goal: designing perfect supply chains for our company. You are responsible for purchasing and materials management (strategic project purchasing, operational purchasing, warehousing, and logistics) and report directly to the management.

You lead, develop, and coordinate both teams, ensuring that raw materials, individual parts, and assemblies are available on time and at economical conditions.

You are responsible for coordination between the sales, development, and supply chain departments and ensure smooth interaction.

As a member of our supply chain, you will initiate optimization projects in interdisciplinary teams, thereby ensuring the long-term security of supply chains and our production capacity. You will conduct market analyses, proactively participate in contract and price negotiations, and develop our suppliers together with your team.

• Completed degree in industrial engineering/business administration, qualification as a technician or business economist with a technical background
• Relevant professional experience in a comparable position
• Very good German/English language skills
• Strong analytical and combinatorial skills
• Experience with ERP systems
• Aviation background highly desirable
• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interface management
• Distinctive hands-on mentality, strong implementation skills, and ability to work in a team
