Program measuring machines and define appropriate measuring fixtures for production parts and new parts
Define inspection procedures and measurement strategies based on design documents, technical drawings, and CAD data, and create inspection plans and measurement programs
Define, further develop, and document quality planning processes
Check manufactured parts and assemblies for dimensional accuracy and conformity to form using standard measuring equipment and measuring machines
Conduct piece-by-piece inspections of production batches, evaluate the results, and either approve them or report any necessary corrections back to production
Record deviations in the system, initiate corrective actions, and coordinate with the relevant departments
Conduct and document surface, hardness, and material tests according to specifications
Define, further develop, and document quality planning processes
Your Profile:
Completed technical vocational training, ideally with additional training in quality assurance, metrology, or a comparable qualification
Experience in test planning and in programming measuring machines, preferably “Zeiss Calypso”
Proficiency in working with technical documentation, such as drawings and CAD data
Knowledge of quality planning and testing processes
Good written and spoken German and English skills
An independent, organized, and quality-conscious approach to work
