Financial Controller (m/f/d)

You will strengthen our finance team in the areas of operational controlling and group reporting and contribute to creating a solid and sustainable foundation for our company's growth.

Your area of responsibility will include:

Operational controlling

• Further development of our controlling with a focus on analysing manufacturing costs, inventory changes and cost accounting
• Preparing quotation calculations in collaboration with the Production and Sales departments
• Pursuing optimisation projects with the specialist departments
• Contributing to the reorganisation of the existing process landscape

Group reporting

• Creating 5-year plans and updating annual plans
• Monthly reporting with variance analysis for planning
• Consolidation with IFRS postings
• Processing annual financial statements
• Supervise group audits

• Completed degree in business administration/industrial engineering or commercial training with additional specialist qualification (e.g. business economist)
• Professional experience (at least three years) in operational controlling
• Experience in medium-sized manufacturing/industry desirable
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong understanding of numbers, analytical skills and affinity for business contexts
• High sense of responsibility, careful way of working, communication skills
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to "get stuck in"
