Your Mission:

You will strengthen our HR team and support the wide range of HR activities within our company.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the recruitment process, e.g. scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Preparing employment contracts, certificates, and references
  • Supporting the entire employee lifecycle
  • Assisting with time management and reconciling daily time recording, including month-end closing and preparatory payroll processing
  • Contributing to HR projects and process improvements, e.g. digital personnel files, personnel marketing, and personnel development

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. Industrial Clerk
  • Initial professional experience in Human Resources is an advantage
  • Confident and professional manner when dealing with contacts at all levels of the organization
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and, ideally, HR software (e.g. SAGE)
  • Structured, reliable, and discreet way of working
  • Most importantly: a hands-on mentality and a true team player
