You will strengthen our HR team and support the wide range of HR activities within our company.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the recruitment process, e.g. scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Preparing employment contracts, certificates, and references
- Supporting the entire employee lifecycle
- Assisting with time management and reconciling daily time recording, including month-end closing and preparatory payroll processing
- Contributing to HR projects and process improvements, e.g. digital personnel files, personnel marketing, and personnel development
