You will strengthen our HR team and cover the entire spectrum of HR work as an all-rounder.
Your area of responsibility will include:
- Operational HR work: implementation of individual measures as well as support and realisation of all HR processes
- Competent contact person: for employees and managers in all matters relating to day-to-day HR business
- Recruiting: job advertisements, job interviews, contract negotiation and drafting
- Payroll: Assistance with monthly payroll accounting including time management
- Change and optimisation processes: Active co-design, support and operational implementation, such as digital personnel files, personnel marketing and development
