You will support our Executive Assistant in the day-to-day business and help ensure the smooth running of daily office operations. In this role, you will take on a variety of organizational, administrative, and communication-related responsibilities, including:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors, customers, and business partners
- Preparing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings
- Managing general office administration, including shared email inboxes and business correspondence
- Operating the main switchboard, screening, prioritizing, and forwarding incoming calls
- Coordinating business travel arrangements, including scheduling, bookings, and travel expense administration
- Supporting internal projects and special organizational tasks, for example in the areas of marketing and communications
- Providing administrative support to the Sales team
