Property Management (m/f/d)
Your Mission:
- Maintenance and upkeep of buildings and technical facilities
- Carrying out minor repairs as well as coordinating external service providers
- Inspection and documentation in line with operator obligations
- Supporting modernization and maintenance projects
- Monitoring of building systems and ensuring smooth operations
- General administrative and documentation tasks
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally in building services/technical facility management
- Qualification as an electrician, electrical technician, or master electrician is an advantage
- Experience in building services and technical maintenance work
- Practical skills in repairs and technical tasks
- Interest in varied and diverse responsibilities
- Basic PC skills
- Category B driver’s license
- Independent working style, flexibility, teamwork, and reliability
- High level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
